Trap AND Skeet teams from current high school teams are invited to participate this fall!
Minnesota’s fastest-growing high school sport continues to grow even more with the addition of the NEW skeet shooting league to the current trap shooting league. Teams (minimum of five athletes) can compete in one or both leagues!

Team commitment deadline to join the fall league was August 10th
Coaches must login to their Team Management System to submit their team participation for the Fall League. Trap and skeet will operate as two separate leagues and athletes will appreciate the Shooter Performance Tracker™. Coaches and managers for the skeet league will be provided access to a separate Team Management System specific for the skeet league. Teams that participated in the 2014 spring league were invited to participate in the fall league. No new teams are allowed.

Athletes participating on their team’s fall league are not required to register since they already registered for the 2015 season. New student athletes to a team ARE required to register through the League’s electronic registration process.
Fall Conferences will be announced on September 19th.
Any Minnesota student is eligible to participate if he/she:
- Is in grades 6 through 12, AND
- Possesses a Minnesota Firearm Safety Training Certificate, AND
- Meets all school curricular activity eligibility requirements, AND
- If the team has room to accommodate the student athlete.
Registration fees are $25 per student athlete per league. Ammunition and target costs are determined by the team.
Fall League schedule
August 10: Team commitment deadline.
August 15 – September 13: Roster edits and athlete registration
September 18: $25 per athlete per league registration fee due
Week of September 20: Practice/Reserve Week
Week of September 27: Competition Week 1
Week of October 4: Competition Week 2
Week of October 11: Competition Week 3
Week of October 18: Competition Week 4

Awards may be picked up at the league office – 5798 Blackshire Path, Inver Grove Heights, MN – through November 4th. Please allow an additional two weeks for remaining awards to be mailed to their respective winners.
